Lexi’s Bio
This is Lexi, she began her journey back in 2018. She too struggled with weight loss and overall health, she went through many ups and downs, eventually got tired of self-disappointment and decided to do something about it. While changing her lifestyle she learned that she had a true passion for health and wellness. In 2021, Lexi decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer and got her certification through NASM, she also became a Nutrition Coach in 2022 with Healthy Steps Nutrition and is ready to help others overcome their barriers and reach their goals.
For her a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, sleep, stress management, and having a good support system. She enjoys helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with incorporating a holistic approach. She will make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle.
